Paul Jurgiewich, Production Manager at SERVPRO of Biddeford-Saco

In May of this year our newest Production Manager, Paul Jurgiewich joined our team.  Not only did he come to SERVPRO of Biddeford-Saco with experience in both property maintenance and mold remediation (as a previous industrial hygienist) he brought charisma and unity to our team.

He leads our crews with a safety topic every morning and uses the time to thoroughly explain not only what needs to be done for our customers but also why we are doing what we do.  There is complete transparency into his work ethic and remediation skills. He is the first to volunteer to go to jobs over the weekend when the crew need his help and works late to ensure our customers get their estimates as promised.

His hobbies include bike riding, exploring the outdoors (either on his Harley or boat).  He has a passion for cars and off-roading (maybe more in his younger days) and loves dogs.
