She was extremely professional, informative and quick to provide us with the completion of the profile. They brought attention to the points I would never think of at the time of an emergency. I work in an office building that has had some flooding issues.
A call was made to Matt True, owner of SERVPRO about 7:30am yesterday morning. Matt assured us he would have people at our facility by 8:30. By 8:20 we had 2 professional workers, assessed the water damage, brought in necessary equipment, moved extremely heavy file cabinets, and worked non stop for at least 6 hours. At the end, one of the workers wanted to go over the area to make sure nothing had been forgotten. Next day, the Owner Matt True was here to inspect, and take moisture readings. We still have some moisture so he will be back tomorrow. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully we will not have this problem again but if we do it will be the first call I make
